Healthier lasagne

Everyone is trying to be healthier these days right? So this recipe is going to help you be able to still enjoy the things you love. It still tastes like lasagne, still is lasagne, but even better as it is made with cottage cheese so it is lighter and tastes absolutely wonderful.
Give it a go these holidays!

Ingredients
500g mince
2 cloves garlic
1 large tub cottage cheese
1 tin condensed tomato soup
2 tablespoons tomato paste
salt and pepper
fresh lasagne sheets
light tasty cheese
parmesan cheese, grated

Method

Finely dice some garlic

In a pan add the garlic and a little olive oil and fry off

Add the mince and cook until browned

Add the tin of tomato soup and the tomato paste and some salt and pepper and simmer for five minutes cooking the rest of the meat.

Now here is the best bit. Add the lasagne sheets to the dish, I use fresh as I think that they cook faster and taste better. Then add a layer of meat and a layer of cottage cheese and repeat.

Put some grated light tasty cheese on top and add some fresh grated parmesan aswell.

Bake in a moderate 180deg oven for about 3
20 minutes until cooked through and browning on top!

Enjoy with some fresh steamed vegies for a lovely wintery meal!
